Ready your wallets, we know some of the Ryzen prices

Last week we found out that AMD is launching 17 new processors that feature the new Zen architecture. The CPU’s are going to get officially announced by the end of this month and start selling on March 2nd.

AMD’s complete line of processors and the prices for the 8 core SKU’s were confirmed by many online retailers.

Even though March 2. is the date when AMD will officially start selling their new CPU’s we are still not certain that the entire lineup of processors will launch on that date. We are only sure about the 8 core 16 threads models. Ryzen 7 1800X, Ryzen 7 1700X & Ryzen 7 1700 are going to start selling on March 2nd, many retailers confirmed that. And for the other models is yet to be seen.

Looking at the price table we can see that Ryzen 7 1700 is the most affordable one in AMD’s high end lineup with a price tag of $319. The CPU that we saw featured at CES and a few other events is Ryzen 7 1800X. Let’s not forget that it was beating an Intel equivalent processor and it cost half as much at $499. We will still need to review the processors and see how they fare in everyday tasks and then draw our final verdict. But for now, it’s safe to say that future looks bright for AMD.
